Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the scope, structure, and expectations associated with Brisk Ventures’ Fixed Website Plans (Starter, Premium, and Enterprise). While not legally binding, these terms represent the operational framework under which Brisk Ventures provides services to clients. By subscribing to any of our plans, you acknowledge and accept these terms as the basis for our collaboration. Brisk Ventures delivers fixed-price, subscription-based web solutions designed to meet the needs of small businesses seeking a professional online presence without long-term contractual obligations. All plans include domain registration, hosting, responsive web design, Cloudflare configuration, SSL security, and Google tools integration – bundled into a one-page website tailored to your industry and goals. The Starter Plan is ideal for small businesses or solo entrepreneurs who need a fast, professional one-page website to establish their online presence; the Premium Plan is perfect for growing brands that want a more refined, functional site with integrated business tools; and the Enterprise Plan is best suited for businesses seeking a scalable, high-performance web presence with extended support and flexibility.

Purpose of These Terms

This document serves as a practical reference point for how Brisk Ventures delivers its fixed website plans and what clients can expect throughout the engagement:

  • The responsibilities of Brisk Ventures as a service provider;
  • The expectations we have for our clients;
  • Payment, communication, and cancellation guidelines;
  • The general working relationship between both parties;
  • Intellectual property ownership and usage rights;
  • Confidentiality and data protection responsibilities;
  • The overall working relationship between both parties. 
These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, secure, and efficient collaboration-one that supports the success of your project while protecting both parties throughout the process.

Brisk Ventures offers three fixed monthly plans-Starter, Premium, and Enterprise-each designed to meet businesses at different stages of growth. All plans include the essential features required to build a secure, responsive, and conversion-ready online presence. The level of support, integrations, and flexibility increases with each tier.

Brisk Ventures’ Commitments

As part of your active subscription-whether you’ve chosen the Starter, Premium, or Enterprise Plan-Brisk Ventures is committed to delivering a reliable, secure, and conversion-ready website experience that aligns with the needs of your business.

Included in all plans (Starter, Premium, Enterprise):
  • Deliver your one-page website within 7–10 business days after all required materials are received;
  • Handle domain registration, web hosting, and Cloudflare DNS configuration
  • Set up a secure SSL certificate (HTTPS);
  • Build a mobile-friendly, professionally designed website tailored to your brand and industry;
  • Provide maintenance, including core updates, bug fixes, and basic technical support;
  • Optimize website performance and implement essential security enhancement. 
Included in Premium and Enterprise plans:
  • Add a one-click call feature to enable direct calling from mobile devices;
  • Integrate a contact form for inquiries and lead generation;
  • Set up one professional Google Workspace email account (e.g. [email protected]);
  • Provide basic technical assistance and onboarding related to your included features. 
Included in the Enterprise plan:
  • Set up your Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility;
  • Implement Google Analytics and deliver monthly performance reports;
  • Launch a basic SEO package to support your organic growth;
  • Offer priority assistance and flexibility for scaling or special requests;
  • Monthly backups and disaster recovery measures to protect your web assets. 
Brisk Ventures will continue to maintain your website and all included services for the duration of your active subscription. If any request falls outside of your plan, we’ll always notify you in advance with a clear scope and pricing.

 Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, we ask clients to:
  • Submit required content (text, logo, images) within 5 business days of signup;
  • Provide access to relevant accounts (domain registrar, email provider, Google) as needed;
  • Review and approve deliverables within 2 business days when requested;
  • Maintain an active payment method for uninterrupted service;
  • Direct all support and change requests through approved communication channels.

Communication & Support

To ensure clear and efficient collaboration, all communication for the Fixed Plans is managed through a single dedicated email channel:
  • All communication regarding your Plan will be conducted exclusively via email
  • Brisk Ventures typically responds to all queries within 3 business days;
  • Website content and updates will only be executed upon written confirmation from the client;
  • Change requests outside the standard scope of the Plan will be reviewed and quoted separately. These services are billed at $120/hour based on development time. The client will always be notified in advance if a request falls outside the included plan features.

Payment & Cancellation

To maintain transparency and uninterrupted service, the following outlines how billing is handled and the flexible cancellation terms of your Plan.
  • All plans are billed monthly in advance;
  • There are no long-term contracts – you may cancel at any time before your next billing date;
  • Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or loss of hosting;
  • Refunds are not provided for unused time or partial months.

Intellectual Property

All website code, designs, graphics, and materials created by Brisk Ventures remain the intellectual property of Brisk Ventures. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the duration of their active subscription and only for the purposes outlined in their selected plan. All content provided by the client (e.g., logos, images, trademarks, and written content) remains the property of the client. The client grants Brisk Ventures permission to use this content strictly for the purpose of delivering the subscribed services. Brisk Ventures ensures that any third-party materials (such as fonts, plugins, or licensed assets) used in the website are properly licensed.

Confidentiality

Both Brisk Ventures and the client agree to treat all shared sensitive or proprietary information as confidential. This includes any materials, business information, strategies, or content exchanged during the course of the project. Confidential information will only be used for the purpose of providing services under the plan and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except when required by law. Both parties agree to handle such information with a reasonable standard of care.

Additional Notes

This section includes clarifications, limitations, and optional services relevant to your Plan to ensure a shared understanding of what’s included and what may require a custom quote.
  • The one-page website format includes clearly defined sections such as home, about, services, contact, and other essentials-customized to fit your brand and industry (see our demos for reference).
  • Requests that fall outside the scope of your plan-such as multi-page websites, ecommerce functionality, branding, or custom integrations-may require a separate project proposal. These services are billed at $120/hour, based on development time, plus any applicable hosting or platform fees. Clients will always be notified in advance if a request is not included in their plan.
  • All technical assets developed by Brisk Ventures-such as code, structure, and custom components-remain the exclusive property of Brisk Ventures. This ensures platform security, prevents unauthorized reuse, and protects both our infrastructure and client deliverables. Clients do not own the underlying source code or system architecture as part of their plan. However, if full ownership is desired, a buyout agreement can be arranged upon request.
  • These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect improvements in our process, tools, or service structure. Continued use of the plan implies acceptance of the most current version.

Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to a Brisk Ventures Fixed Website Plan, you agree to operate within the framework of these Terms of Service. While not a formal contract, this document serves as the official guide for our engagement, delivery standards, and mutual responsibilities.
